RnPT Showcases KRACE at Pangyo Global Media Meetup

RnPT Inc. introduced its AI-powered international patient access platform KRACE to global media at the 2025 Pangyo Global Media Meetup, hosted by the Gyeonggi Centre for Economic Promotion, unveiling the company's global expansion roadmap.

Overview

RnPT Inc. (CEO Jo Youju) introduced its AI-powered international patient access platform, KRACE, to an international media audience at the 2025 Pangyo Global Media Meetup, hosted by the Gyeonggi Centre for Economic Promotion (GCED). The event brought together leading tech and business media from France, Taiwan, and the Middle East to experience Pangyo's innovation ecosystem firsthand and engage with Korean startups advancing global expansion.

The Problem KRACE Solves

RnPT was founded to address the real access barriers that international patients face when seeking healthcare in Korea — challenges the founders experienced directly in the field. These barriers include:

  • Language gaps and lack of accessible information
  • Difficulty navigating the Korean healthcare system
  • Complex booking and payment processes
  • Absence of structured aftercare and follow-up support

KRACE is built to resolve these friction points through technology.

How the Platform Works

Patients complete an online health intake form, and KRACE's AI algorithm analyzes their goals, schedule, and preferences to recommend the most suitable medical institutions. Booking and payment are handled through a multilingual system, with interpretation during care and post-treatment health monitoring integrated into a single seamless process — managing the full international patient journey within one platform.

Network and Institutional Reach

RnPT has established partnerships with more than 130 hospitals and clinics across Korea. Through the KRACE dashboard, partner institutions can manage the entire international patient workflow — from booking and consultation to interpretation and aftercare — without additional staffing or infrastructure. This lowers the operational barrier for serving international patients while improving both patient experience and institutional service quality.

Beyond Coordination: A Healthcare Gateway

RnPT is developing KRACE not as a simple referral service, but as a full-service healthcare gateway designed to shape the global patient experience. The platform combines:

  • International insurance integration
  • Data-driven care recommendations
  • Multilingual aftercare support
  • AI-powered hospital matching

This approach connects patients directly with medical institutions, offering transparent pricing and verified specialist care, while opening new patient pipelines and revenue opportunities for healthcare providers. Demand has been particularly strong in health checkups, beauty, and wellness — areas where RnPT continues to deepen its service offering.

US Market Expansion

RnPT is executing a phased global expansion strategy with a focus on the North American market. The US presents strong demand for AI-driven care matching and aftercare coordination, driven by high domestic healthcare costs and growing confidence in Korean medical expertise. RnPT is building its partner ecosystem through collaboration with hospitals, insurance providers, health screening centers, and local communities — applying localization strategies that account for each market's healthcare regulations, insurance structures, and patient behavior patterns.

Pangyo as a Global Launchpad

Headquartered in Pangyo Technovalley, RnPT operates in one of Korea's most connected environments for healthcare AI — with direct access to medical institutions, research networks, and investment infrastructure.

"Pangyo provides the best infrastructure and network for technology companies to move beyond national boundaries and into global markets," said CEO Jo Yu-ju at the event. "KRACE is the technology that enables international patients to access healthcare safely and with confidence. Through it, we will bring Korea's medical expertise to a much wider global audience."

RnPT plans to expand its connections with international media, investors, and partners following this meetup.
