RnPT CEO Youju Jo on KRACE's Vision for Global Healthcare Access

RnPT Inc. CEO Youju Jo shares the vision behind KRACE — a personalized international patient access platform connecting English-speaking patients worldwide with Korea's leading medical institutions through AI-driven matching, booking, and aftercare coordination.
About RnPT
Founded in 2023, RnPT Inc. (CEO Youju Jo) is a fast-growing healthcare technology company dedicated to connecting international patients with Korean medical services through personalized care coordination. The company's mission is to make Korea's world-class medical expertise genuinely accessible to international patients — and to build a platform they can trust at every step of their care journey.
What Is KRACE?
KRACE is RnPT's flagship international patient access platform, designed for English-speaking patients both visiting Korea and living abroad. The platform focuses on health checkups, dermatology, and beauty and wellness services — areas where international demand for Korean healthcare is strongest.
KRACE delivers a seamless, end-to-end experience through:
- AI-powered hospital matching based on each patient's health profile and preferences
- Intuitive online booking, payment, and aftercare coordination in one place
- Multilingual support to eliminate language and cultural barriers
- Post-treatment health monitoring and continuous service improvement driven by patient feedback
- Direct connections to verified, trusted Korean medical institutions
The Platform Experience
KRACE's web-based integrated management system guides patients from initial health awareness through to post-care monitoring — all within a single platform. AI-driven data analysis powers personalized care recommendations, helping patients save time and access the right care with confidence.
Global Expansion Strategy
RnPT is targeting the United States, Japan, and Southeast Asia as its primary growth markets. The company is actively building partnerships with:
- Local hospitals and health screening centers
- Travel agencies and hotels supporting international patient logistics
- Local agencies and insurance companies to deliver region-specific care coordination
At the time of publication, RnPT had established partnerships with approximately 60 primary care institutions and health screening centers across Korea, with a target of serving 100 international patients by end of 2024. Early-stage negotiations for US market entry were underway, supported by collaboration with local healthcare professionals.
Pangyo as a Global Launchpad
Headquartered in Pangyo Technovalley, RnPT leverages the region's advanced IT infrastructure and global networking environment. The company was selected to participate in the 2024 NYC Startup Summit, organized by Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Centre for Economic Promotion — an opportunity to expand connections with global investors and explore new funding pathways.
"KRACE will establish itself as the platform that brings the true value of Korean healthcare to the world — delivering the best personalized care experience to international patients everywhere," said CEO Youju Jo.
